five monostichs by Mandy Bontius

Outside her mother’s womb the world was craving for a beautiful soul such as she.

In the dark, empty beds and dusty sheets; a ghostly warden walking the corridors.

Empty garden, the gnomes have moved.

She ~ mysterious in moonlight, silvery aura; I breathe stars.

Dense forest, an owl hoots, roots covering graves.

My name is Mandy Bontius and I live in the Netherlands. I’m a non-professional writer, I write because I love to create. Most of my poetry can be found on my blog. I write in Dutch as well as English.
