what becomes of the broken hearted…. row after row of empty beer glasses

DISTANT

hot afternoon…. the coldness of death so far away

STOIC

reading Epictetus…. wishing the Internet was around in my youth

BOUND

one flew over the cuckoo’s nest…. why did I never grow wings


Bio:

Steve Wilkinson resides in the beautiful county of Durham in the UK. He writes short form poetry and has been published in various online and print journals. He has self published 2 short form poetry books, “Ripples on the Pond” and “Ju Roku Volume one, In the Beginning” He also edits the tanshi journal “The Bamboo Hut”
